The Membership Repository is a centralized, user-friendly solution for tracking all CCSG members, past and present. This fully customizable module allows you to manage comprehensive demographic, role-based, and membership information with ease. Within the portal, you can designate key CCSG roles, such as Senior Leadership and Shared Resource Leadership, while maintaining institutional affiliations, certifications, and other essential identifiers in a single, organized location.
Once a member profile is created, the Member Dashboard provides instant access to critical insights, activity summaries, and member-specific data. Members can also delegate access to support staff, ensuring efficient and accurate profile maintenance.
Membership information connects seamlessly with all other CCSG core modules, enabling integrated reporting, automated updates, and consistent data accuracy across the platform. With the Custom Properties tool, institutions can fully tailor member profiles by creating custom fields, tracking institution-specific metrics, and generating targeted reports for deeper insight and improved CCSG management.
Funding Module
The Funding Module centralizes all data required for DT2A and DT2B reporting by capturing all essential components of an active cancer-related award. It is enhanced by direct integration with the NIH Reporter API.
The system records:
- PI Information
- Funding Source Details
- Project Identifiers and core project numbers
- Project start and end dates
- Cancer relevance and cancer-relevant cost calculations.
Administrators can also directly route projects to PIs or leadership for review via a streamlined, automated email workflow, ensuring fast, accurate verification
Reports
The Reports Module provides dynamic, exportable insights that allow your team to quickly access, interpret, and share key CCSG metrics. All dashboards can be filtered by date and exported in PDF or PPT format—making them easy to share with senior leadership, program leaders, and external collaborators.
Summary Dashboard
The CCSG at a Glance dashboard delivers an interactive overview of your center’s core metrics in real time. With flexible date filtering and one-click export options, this tool offers a streamlined way to communicate high-level performance and progress.
